Maliyet artı sözleşme
Maliyet geri ödeme sözleşmesi olarak da adlandırılan bir maliyet artı sözleşmesi, bir yükleniciye, izin verilen tüm masraflar için bir kara izin vermek için ek bir ödeme ve ek bir ödeme yapacağı bir sözleşmedir. Mal bedeli geri ödeme sözleşmeleri, yüklenicinin gerçekleşen giderlerden bağımsız olarak müzakere edilen bir tutarı ödeyeceği sabit fiyat sözleşmesinin aksine.
