Sistografi
Radyoloji ve ürolojide, bir sistografi idrar kesesinin görüntülenmesi için kullanılan bir prosedürdür. Bir idrar kateteri kullanarak, radyokontrast mesane içine aşılanır ve X-ışını görüntüleme yapılır. Sistografi, mesane kanseri, vezikoüreteral reflü, mesane polipleri ve hidronefrozu değerlendirmek için kullanılabilir. MRG veya CT'den daha az hassas ve spesifik olmasına rağmen pelvik BT'den daha az radyasyon gerektirir. Yetişkin vakalarda, hastaya tipik olarak üç kez boşaltma talimatı verilmektedir ve bundan sonra mesane kasılması işlev bozukluğunu değerlendirmek için yararlı idrarın mesane içinde ne kadar kaldığını görmek için bir post işeme görüntüsü elde edilmiştir. Prosedür bittikten sonra böbreklerin nihai bir radyografisi, prosedür sırasında görülemeyen gizli vesikoüreteral reflüyü değerlendirmek için yapılır.
