Bilgi gizliliği veya veri gizliliği, verilerin toplanması, yayılması, teknoloji, mahremiyetin halka açık beklentisi ve onları çevreleyen yasal ve siyasi konular arasındaki ilişkidir. Gizlilikle ilgili endişeler, kişisel olarak tanımlanabilen bilgiler veya diğer hassas bilgiler toplayıp depolanan dijital formda veya başka yerlerde bulunur.
