Debye (sembol: D) fizikçi Peter J. W. Debye'nin adına verilen elektrik dipol momentinin bir CGS birimi (SI olmayan bir birimdir) 'dir. 1 x 10-18 statcoulomb-santimetre olarak tanımlanır. Tarihsel olarak, debye, 1 ångström ile ayrılmış olan iki karşıt işaret yükünden kaynaklanan, ancak 10-10 statcoulomb (genellikle daha eski literatürde e.s.u. (elektrostatik birim) olarak anılır) ile sonuçlanan dipol momenti olarak tanımlandı.
