Selegilin, erken dönem Parkinson hastalığının, depresyonun ve bunamanın tedavisinde kullanılan bir ilaçtır. Normal klinik dozlarda selektif geri dönüşümsüz MAO-B inhibitörüdür. Bununla birlikte, daha büyük dozlarda özgünlüğünü kaybeder ve ayrıca MAO-A'yi inhibe eder.
