Dumfries ve Galloway, İskoçya'nın 32 üniter meclis alanından biridir ve batı Güney Karayolu'nda bulunur. Dumfriesshire, Kirkcudbrightshire ve Wigtownshire'daki tarihi bölgelerden oluşur.
