İngiltere İhracat Finansmanı, Birleşik Krallık'ın İhracat Kredi Ajansı İhracat Kredileri Garanti Departmanı'nın işletme adıdır. İşletme, İnovasyon ve Beceriler Departmanı'nın bakanlık bölümü olarak çalışır ve Dışişleri Bakanı'na İşletme, Yenilik ve Beceriler raporları sunar. ECGD, yetkilerini 1991 İhracat ve Yatırım Garantileri Kanunundan alır ve faaliyetlerini HM Hazine Müsteşarlığının spesifik bir izni uyarınca yürütür. ECGD, I. Dünya Savaşı'nın denizaltı ablukasında kaybedilen İngiltere ihracatını teşvik etmek amacıyla 1919 yılında kurulmuştur. ECGD'nin amacı, İngiltere mallarının ve hizmet ihracatçılarının ticaret kazanmalarına yardım ederek İngiltere ekonomisine fayda sağlamaktır ve İngiltere firmaları, sigorta ve kaybına karşı reasürans, HM Hükümeti'nin daha geniş uluslararası politika gündemi göz önüne alınarak. ECGD, HM Hükümeti tarafından, her seferinde algılanan riskler ve maliyetlerle eşleşen seviyelerde ihracatçılara prim ödemeleri yaparak, sabit faiz oranından biraz daha iyi bir performans göstermesi gerekiyor.
