Englishry
Englishry veya Englescherie, William Fatih döneminde, bir kişinin öldürüldüğü bir İngiliz olduğu gerçeğine getirilen yasal bir addır. Bilinmeyen bir adam öldürülmüş olarak bulunmuşsa, Norman olduğu varsayılmış ve yüzü, İngilizce olduğunu kanıtlayamamışsa, buna göre cezalandırılmıştır. İngilizce kurulmuşsa, yüzü mazur görür.
