Dalcroze Metodu veya basitçe Euritmikler olarak da bilinen Dalcroze Orthimmics, öğrencilere müzik eğitimini öğretmek için kullanılan Kodaly Metodu, Orff Schulwerk ve Suzuki Metodu dahil olmak üzere çeşitli gelişim yaklaşımlarından biridir. 20. yüzyılın başında eritmikler, İsviçreli müzisyen ve eğitimci Émile Jaques-Dalcroze tarafından geliştirildi. Dalcroze Orthimmics hareketi kullanarak ritim, yapı ve müzikal anlatım kavramlarını öğretir ve Dalcroze'nin en iyi bilinen kavramıdır. Öğrencinin, özellikle de kinestetik olmak üzere tüm duyular yoluyla gerçekleşen eğitim yoluyla, fiziksel farkındalık kazanması ve müzik deneyimi kazanması üzerinde yoğunlaşıyor. Öğrenciler görsel sunumlarını öğrenmeden önce genellikle aritmikler hareket yoluyla müzikal bir kavram getirir.
