Ötektik sistem
Yunanca "ευ" ve "Τήξις" dan ötektik bir sistem, aynı bileşenlerden oluşan diğer herhangi bir bileşimden daha düşük sıcaklıkta katılaşan tek bir kimyasal bileşime sahip olan kimyasal bileşikler veya elementlerin bir karışımıdır. Bu kompozisyon ötektik kompozisyon olarak bilinir ve katılaştığı sıcaklık ötektik sıcaklık olarak bilinir.
