Mazeret (yasal)
Fıkıhta, bir bahane ya da gerekçe, bir suçlamadan farklı bir şekilde cezai suçlamaları savunmaktır. Çıkarma, bir kişinin kusurunu azaltan veya sönen, dolayısıyla bir kişinin medeni kanunda bir haksız fiilin mağduruna tazminat ödemesi yükümlülüğü ile ilgili bir kavramdır. "Mazeret", ortak bir özelliği paylaşan bir grup insan için hafifletici bir faktör sağlar. Haklı cinayet olarak haklı gösterilmesi, adaleti savunur veya gösterir.
