Yeşil, mavi ile sarı arasında bulunan görünür ışığın spektrumundaki bir renktir. Kabaca 495-570 nm'lik baskın bir dalga boyuna sahip ışık uyarılır. Boya ve renkli baskıda kullanılan subtractive renk sisteminde, sarı ve mavi ile sarı ve mavi renk kombinasyonu ile oluşturulur; televizyon ve bilgisayar ekranlarında kullanılan RGB renk modelinde, diğer tüm renkleri oluşturmak için farklı kombinasyonlarda karıştırılan kırmızı ve mavi renklerin yanı sıra, birincil renklerden biridir.
