Guernica veya Gernika, Biscay eyaletinde, İspanya'nın Bask Bölgesi Özerk Topluluğu'nda bulunan bir kasabadır. Guernica kasabası komşu Lumo, Gernika-Lumo ile bir belediyede birleşti. Belediyenin nüfusu 2009 yılı itibariyle 16.224'tür. Gernika, en iyi bilinen isim, Bask Bölgesi dışında ikamet edenlerin, Nazi Almanyası'ndaki Luftwaffe tarafından yapılan ilk hava bombardımanından biri olan 26 Nisan 1937'de Guernica'nın Bombalanması olayı olarak görülmesidir. Pablo Picasso'nun Guernica resmine ilham kaynağı oldu.
