Resmi olarak Honduras Cumhuriyeti olan Honduras, Orta Amerika'da bir cumhuriyettir. Zaman zaman Belize'nin modern hali haline gelen İngiliz Honduras'tan ayırmak için İspanyolca Honduras olarak anılmıştır.
