INTERGROUP SÖZCÜĞÜ İNGILIZCE DİLİNDE NE ANLAMA GELİR?
Avrupa Parlamentosu'nda Gruplararası İlişkiler
Gruplar, belirli konularda gayrı resmi olarak görüş alışverişinde bulunmak ve Üyeler ile sivil toplum arasındaki teması teşvik etmek amacıyla herhangi bir siyasi gruptan ve komiteden Avrupa Parlamentosu üyelerinden oluşur. Gruplar Parlamento organları değildir ve Parlamentonun görüşlerini belirtemezler. Gruplar, her bir meclis döneminin başında gruplar oluşturulabilir koşullarını ve çalışma kurallarını ortaya koyan 16 Aralık 1999 tarihli Başkanların Konferansında benimsenen iç kurallara tabidir. Gruplar arası sandalyeler, üyelere bireysel olarak uygulanan aynı ölçütlere göre, aldıkları destekten nakit veya ayni olarak beyan etmekle yükümlüdürler. Beyanlar her yıl güncellenmeli ve Quaestors tarafından tutulan genel bir kayıt yaptırılmalıdır.
