Intermodülasyon veya intermodülasyon bozulması, doğrusal olmayan bir sistemde iki veya daha fazla farklı frekans içeren sinyallerin genlik modülasyonudur. Her bir frekans bileşeni arasındaki intermodülasyon, ya armonik frekanslarda değil, orijinal frekansların toplam ve fark frekanslarında ve bu toplam ve farklı frekansların katları olan ek sinyaller oluşturacaktır. Intermodülasyon, kullanılan sinyal işlemesinin doğrusal olmayan davranışından kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu lineer olmayanların teorik sonucu, karakteristik bir Volterra serisi üretmek suretiyle hesaplanabilir; bu doğrusal olmayanların normal yaklaşımı, bir Taylor serisi üretmek suretiyle elde edilir. Intermodülasyon, radyo veya ses işlemelerinde nadiren arzu edilir, zira yan bantlar şeklinde istenmeyen yanıltıcı emisyonlar oluşturur. Radyo iletiminde, işgal edilen bant genişliği artar, bu da ses netliğini veya spektrum kullanımını artıracak komşu kanal parazitlenmesine neden olur.
