Interpleader
Interpleader, davacının bir anlaşmazlığı dava etmesi için iki veya daha fazla tarafı zorlamak için dava açmasına izin veren bir usuldür. Bir müdahale kararı, davacı bir başkası adına malı elinde tuttuğu halde mülkün hangi kişiye devredileceğini bilmediğinde ortaya çıkar. Genellikle sigorta sözleşmeleri uyarınca uyuşmazlıkları çözmek için kullanılır.
