Laurel ve Hardy
Laurel ve Hardy, Amerikan sinemasının klasik ilk Hollywood döneminde komedi çift hareketi yaptı. Ekip ince İngiliz İngiliz Stan Laurel ve ağır amerikalı Amerikalı Oliver Hardy'den oluşuyordu. 1920'lerin sonu boyunca 1940'ların ortalarından başlayarak Laurel'in görkemli ve çocuksu arkadaşı olan görkemli Hardy'yi canlandırdığı slapstick komedisi ile tanınmaya başladılar. Yaptıkları komedi rutinlerinden biri, 1929'dan itibaren Big Movie adlı sessiz filmlerinde görülebilen, tırmanan bir dövüş dövüşü oldu. Bu film, 1992'de Ulusal Hazine olarak Kongre Kütüphanesine eklendi.
