Sherman Yasası 1890 §2 "çeşitli eyaletlerde veya ticarette ticaretin veya ticaretin herhangi bir bölümünü tekelleştirecek herhangi bir kimsenin veya yabancı ulusların bir suçtan dolayı suçlanacağı" belirtiliyor. 2.
