Aşamalı ilave lensler, aşamalı güç lensleri, kademeli reçetesiz lensler ve varifokal veya multifokal mercekler olarak da adlandırılan aşamalı gözlük lensleri, presbiyopi ve diğer konaklama bozukluklarını düzeltmek için gözlüklerde kullanılan düzeltici merceklerdir. Lens yüzeyi üzerindeki aşamalı güç eğrisinin uzunluğu, objektifin tasarımına, 0.75 ila 3.50 diyoptri arasında bir son ilave gücü ile bağlıdır. Önerilen ekleme değeri, hastanın presbiyopisinin seviyesine bağlıdır. Genel olarak hastanın yaşı ne kadar yüksekse, ilaveten o kadar yüksektir.
