Neo-Nazizm, II. Dünya Savaşı sonrası Nazizmi yeniden canlandırmak isteyen sosyal veya politik hareketlerden oluşur. Neo-Nazizm terimi, bu hareketlerin ideolojisine de işaret edebilir. Neo-Nazizm, militan milliyetçilik, ırkçılık, yabancı düşmanlığı, homofobi, antisemitizm ve Dördüncü Reich'i başlatan Nazi öğretisinden öğeler ödünç alır. Soykırımı inkar, Nazi sembollerinin birleşmesi ve Adolf Hitler'in hayranlığı gibi ortak bir özelliğidir. Birçok ülkede beyaz milliyetçi ve beyaz güç dişi başı hareketleriyle ilgilidir. Neo-Nazi faaliyeti, pek çok ülkede örgütlü temsilciliğin yanı sıra uluslararası ağlar gibi küresel bir fenomen gibi görünüyor.
