Afrika Kalkınması için Yeni Ortaklık, Afrika Birliği'nin ekonomik kalkınma programıdır. NEPAD, Temmuz 2001'de Zambiya Lusaka'da Devlet ve Hükümet Başkanları Meclisinin 37. oturumunda kabul edildi. NEPAD, Afrika ülkeleri arasında ekonomik işbirliğini ve entegrasyonu hızlandırmak için kapsamlı bir vizyon ve politika çerçevesi sağlamayı amaçlıyor.
