NEW ECONOMIC POLICY SÖZCÜĞÜ İNGILIZCE DİLİNDE NE ANLAMA GELİR?
Yeni Ekonomik Politika
Yeni Ekonomik Politika, Sovyet Rusya'sının Vladimir Lenin tarafından "devlet kapitalizmi" olarak adlandırılan ekonomi politikasıydı. NEP, 1917-1922 Rus İç Savaşı'ndan sonra gerekli gördüğü, neredeyse harap olan ülkenin ekonomisini teşvik etmek için daha kapitalizm odaklı bir ekonomi politikası oluşturdu. Savaş Komünizmi döneminde kurulan sanayiin tamamıyla kamulaştırılması kısmen kaldırıldı ve devletin bankaları, dış ticareti ve büyük sanayileri kontrol etmeye devam ederken özel bireylerin küçük işletmelerine sahip olmasını sağlayan karma ekonomi sistemi tanıtıldı. Ek olarak, UEP prodrazvyorstka'yı kaldırdı ve prodnalog'u sundu: çiftçilere tarımsal ürün şeklinde ödenebilecek bir vergi. Bolşevik hükümet, Tüm Rusya Komünist Partisi'nin 10. Kongresi boyunca NEP'i kabul etti ve 21 Mart 1921'de "Prodrazvyorstka'nın Prodnalog tarafından Değiştirilmesi Üzerine" bir kararname ile ilan etti. Daha sonraki kararnameler, politikayı rafine etti. Diğer politikalar para reformu ve yabancı sermayenin çekilmesi idi.
