Mastürbasyon cinsel uyarılma veya diğer cinsel zevk için cinsel organların kendi cinsel olarak uyarılmasını içeren, genellikle orgazm noktasına kadar olan cinsel eylemdir. Uyarma, bir el veya parmakların yanı sıra gündelik nesneler veya bir seks oyuncağı kullanılarak yapılabilir. Karşılıklı mastürbasyon, eşler arasındaki cinsel organların karşılıklı manuel uyarımı, cinsel penetrasyonun yerini alabilir.
