Photodisintegration
Fotodisintegrasyon, son derece yüksek bir enerji gama ışını atom çekirdeği tarafından absorbe edilen ve atom altı bir parçacık yayarak hemen bozunan heyecanlı bir duruma girmesine neden olan fiziksel bir süreçtir. Tek bir proton veya nötron veya alfa parçacığı, gelen gama ışını tarafından çekirdeğin dışına atılır.
