Fotolitografi
Optik litografi veya UV litografi olarak da adlandırılan fotolitografi, ince bir filmin veya bir substratın kütlesini desenlendirmek için mikrofabrikasyonda kullanılan bir prosestir. Bir fotomaskdan bir geometrik deseni ışığa duyarlı bir kimyasal "fotorezist" e aktarmak için ışığı kullanır veya substratta basitçe "direnç" gösterir.
