Plastik mermi veya plastik zırh yuvarlağı, ihtisaslaşmış bir tabancadan ateşlenen daha az ölümcül bir mermi. Ölümcül olmayan bir silah olarak tasarlanmış olsalar da bir takım ölümlere neden oldular.
