Güç siyaseti egemen varlıkların kendi çıkarlarını birbirlerini askeri, ekonomik veya siyasi saldırganlıkla tehdit altına alacakları uluslararası ilişkiler biçimidir. Bu terim, Martin Wight tarafından 1979'da basılan ve Times Literary Supplement'in 2. Dünya Savaşı'ndan bu yana 18. yüzyıldaki en etkili kitabı olduğu bir kitabın başlığını taşıyordu.
