Kamu Kredisi Sağ Programı, kamu kütüphanelerinde mevcut olan eserlerin satışlarında meydana gelebilecek muhtemel kayıplar için yazarları telafi etmeyi veya kitaplar gibi halk kütüphanelerinde bulunan eserleri destekleyerek sanatın resmi bir desteği olarak kullanılmayı amaçlayan bir programdır , müzik ve resim. Yirmi sekiz ülkede bir PLR programı var ve diğerleri bunu kabul etmeyi düşünüyor. Kanada, Birleşik Krallık, tüm İskandinav ülkeleri, Almanya, Avusturya, Belçika, Hollanda, İsrail, Avustralya ve Yeni Zelanda şu anda PLR programlarına sahiptir.
