Delinmiş bir kart, delgeç kartı, IBM kartı veya Hollerith kartı, otomatikleştirilmiş makinelerin veya veri işleme uygulamaları için veri kontrol eden komutların bulunduğu bir parça sert kağıttır. Delikli kartlar, veri işleme endüstrisi olarak bilinen 20. yüzyılın çoğunda kullanıldı; veri girişi, işlenmesi ve depolanması için veri işleme sistemlerine entegre ünite kayıt makinelerinin kullanımı. Erken dijital bilgisayarlar, sıklıkla anahtar vuruşlu makineler kullanılarak hazırlanan delikli kartları hem bilgisayar programlarının hem de verilerin girişi için birincil ortam olarak kullandı. 2012 yılı itibarıyla, bazı oylama makineleri hala veri kaydetmek için delikli kart kullanmaktadır.
