Retrofleks bir ünsüz, dili düz, içbükey veya hatta kıvrılmış şekle sahip ve alveolar sırt ile sert damak arasında eklemli koronal bir ünsüzdür. Bunlar bazen Endoloji'de serebral ünsüzler olarak adlandırılırlar. Bazen karşılaşılan diğer terimler domal ve kakümindir. Uluslararası Fonetik Alfabe'de, retrofleks sesli harfler, sağ alt kısımda bir kanca ile gösterilir.
