Saba / seɪbə / bir Karayipler adası ve Hollanda'nın en küçük özel belediyesidir. Büyük oranda 887 metreden Hollanda'nın en yüksek noktası olan potansiyel olarak aktif yanardağ Mount Scenery'den oluşmaktadır. Green Island adası da dahil olmak üzere Saba, 10 Ekim 2010'da Hollanda Antilleri'nin dağılmasından sonra Hollanda ülkesinde özel bir belediye oldu. Adanın alanı 13 kilometre karelik. Ocak 2013 itibarıyla, nüfusu 1.991, nüfus yoğunluğu kilometrekare başına 150 nüfusa sahipti. Şu anki kasabaları ve büyük yerleşimler The Bottom, Windwardside, Cehennem Kapısı ve St. Johns'dur. Ada, Hollanda'nın bir parçası olduğu için resmi dil Hollandaca'dır. Adanın Hollanda üyeliğine rağmen İngilizce, adada konuşulan başlıca dildir ve 19. yüzyıldan beri okul sisteminde kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenle yerel bir lehçe olmasına rağmen İngilizce, hükümetle ve hükümetle iletişimde kullanılabilir. 1 Ocak 2011'den bu yana ABD doları, Hollanda Antillian guilderinin yerini alan resmi para birimi oldu.
