Set-kenara

Set-aside, (i) Avrupa'da Ortak Tarım'ın garantili fiyat sistemi altında üretilen büyük ve pahalı fazlalıkların azaltılmasına yardımcı olmak için 1988 yılında Avrupa Ekonomik Topluluğu (AET) tarafından getirilen bir plandı (Düzenleme (EEC) 1272/88) Politika (CAP); ve (ii) tarımın yoğunlaşmasının bir sonucu olarak tarımsal ekosistemler ve yaban hayatı üzerinde önemli zararlardan sonra bazı çevresel faydalar sağlamak. 1992'de Ortak Tarım Politikası'nın MacSharry reformunun bir parçası olarak geniş tarım yapılabilen çiftçiler için zorunlu hale geldi. 1996'da ilk kez% 15 olarak belirlenmiş ve% 10'a düşürülmüştür. 2005 yılında ayrıştırılmış ödemelerin başlangıcını takiben, tarihsel olarak kenara çekilmek isteyen çiftçilere daha önce sahip oldukları alana eşdeğer bir dizi "ayrıcalık" verilmiştir set-kenara.
