Sıçrama, bir uzay aracının bir su kütlesindeki paraşütle inmesini sağlayan bir yöntemdir. Uzay mekiği programından önce Amerikan menşeli uzay aracı tarafından kullanıldı ve gelecek Orion Çok Amaçlı Mürettebat Arabası tarafından kullanılması planlanmaktadır. Rus Soyuz uzay aracı ve Çin Shenzhou uzay aracının suya inmesi de mümkündür, ancak bu sadece bir olasılıktır. Sovyet tarihinde kasıtsız olarak insanlı sıçramalar yapmanın tek örneği Soyuz 23 inişidir. Adından da anlaşılacağı üzere, kapsül bir okyanusa veya diğer büyük su kütlesine paraşüt veriyor.
