Devlet sosyalizmi
Devlet sosyalizmi, üretim araçlarına devlet mülkiyetini ya kapitalizmden sosyalizme geçiş sırasında geçici bir önlem olarak ya da sosyalizmin kendine has bir özelliği olarak savunan herhangi bir sosyalist politik ya da ekonomik ideoloji için bir sınıflandırmadır. Marksist-Leninist komünist devletlerin ekonomik sistemlerine atıfta bulunmak için genellikle bu ekonomilerde devlet planlamasının merkezi rolünü vurgulamak için kullanılır. Devlet sosyalizmi, yalnızca büyük sanayilerin kamu mülkiyeti, işçi sınıfından yararlanılabilecek düzeltici tedbirler ve hükümet eylemi yoluyla sosyalizmi geliştirme aşamalı bir süreç dahil olmak üzere sınırlı sayıda sosyalist özelliklere sahiptir. Devlet sosyalizmi ideolojisi, özgürlükçü sosyalizm ve sosyalist anarşizmle karşılaştırıldığında tutulur ve her ikisi de sosyalizmin mevcut devlet kurumları veya hükümet politikaları kullanılarak oluşturulabileceği görüşünü reddeder. Devlet sosyalizmi felsefesi ilk önce Ferdinand Lassalle tarafından açıkça ifade edildi.
