Dayanıklılık, bir organizmanın kendisini göstermesi ve travmaya, yaralara ya da yorgunluğa karşı koyabilme, dayanması, iyileşmesi ve travma, yaralar ya da yorgunluklara karşı bağışıklığı olması kadar uzun süre aktif kalmasıdır. Genellikle aerobik veya anaerobik egzersizlerde kullanılır.
