Süper akışkanlık, maddenin sıfır viskoziteli bir akışkan gibi davrandığı bir madde halidir; Yerçekimi ve yüzey gerilimi kuvvetlerine meydan okuyacak şekilde kendiliğinden itme ve seyahat etme yeteneği sergilediği görülüyor. Bu özellik orijinal olarak sıvı helyumda keşfedilmesine karşın, astrofizik, yüksek enerjili fizik ve kuantum çekim teorileri içinde de bulunur. Bu fenomen, Bose-Einstein yoğunlaşmasıyla ilgili, ancak özdeş değil: tüm Bose-Einstein yoğunlaşmaları süper akışkanlar olarak nitelendirilemez ve tüm süper akışkanlar Bose-Einstein yoğunlaşması değildir.
