Syllabub, Oxford İngilizce Sözlük tarafından "Süt veya kremden yapılmış, şarap, elma şarabı veya diğer asit karışımı ile kıvrılan ve sıklıkla şekerlendirilmiş ve aromalı" olarak tanımlanan İngiliz tatlı bir tabaktır. Geleneksel olarak en çok bilinen bir şey olan milkmaid, doğrudan bir elma şarabı içine inek sağımında bulunur.
