Uzaktan çalışma, uzaktan çalışma veya tele çalışturma, çalışanların merkezi bir işyerine gitmeyen bir çalışma düzenlemesidir. Telecommutes olan bir kişi, "telecommuter", "teleworker" ve bazen "ev kaynaklı" veya "evde iş" çalışan olarak bilinir. Çoğu telekomünikasyon çalışanı evden çalışırken, bazen "göçebe işçiler" olarak adlandırılan diğerleri kahve dükkanlarından veya başka yerlerden çalışmak için mobil telekomünikasyon teknolojisini kullanıyor.
