Ultrastructure, bir hücre, doku veya organ gibi biyolojik bir numunenin nanostructure olup, ışık mikroskopisi ile görüntülenebilenlerden daha küçük ölçeklerdir. Ultraktikroskopi veya elektron mikroskobu ile görüntülenir.
