Titreklaşan beyaz parmak semptomları HAVS'ın vasküler bileşenidir. HAVS, on binlerce işçiyi etkileyen yaygın bir sanayi hastalığıdır. El, bilek ve kolun kan damarlarını, sinirlerini, kaslarını ve eklemlerini etkileyen bir bozukluk. En iyi bilinen etkisi, 1970 yılında Sınai Yaralanma Danışma Konseyi tarafından getirilen titreşimden kaynaklanan beyaz parmaktır (VWF).
