Biyoloji ve tıpta virilizasyon, cinsiyet farklılıklarının biyolojik gelişimi, erkek vücudu kadın bedeninden farklılaşan değişiklikler anlamına gelir. Virilizasyon değişikliklerinin büyük kısmı androjenler tarafından üretilir.
