Batı Berlin, 1949-1990 yılları arasında var olan Doğu Berlin ve Doğu Almanya ile çevrili serbest bir şehir ve siyasi bölgedir. Doğu Berlin'in ve Doğu Almanya'nın sınırları içinde olan batı bölgelerini kapsıyordu. Batı Berlin, 1945'te kurulan Amerikan, İngiliz ve Fransız işgal sektörlerinden oluşuyordu.
