Kooperatif eğitim
İşbirliği eğitimi, sınıf tabanlı eğitim ile pratik iş deneyimini birleştiren yapılandırılmış bir yöntemdir. Genelde bir "işbirliği" olarak bilinen bir işbirliği eğitim deneyimi, yapılandırılmış iş deneyimi için akademik kredi sağlar. Kooperatif eğitimi, gençlerin okuldan işe geçiş, hizmet öğrenimi ve deneyimsel öğrenme girişimleri yapmalarında yeni öneme sahiptir. Kooperatif eğitim aynı zamanda, öğrencilerin problemleri çözmek için birlikte nasıl çalışacaklarını öğrenebilecekleri aktif katılım yöntemlerinin kullanılmasıdır; bu, normal olarak, çocuk hakları, eşitlik, eşitlik ve karar alma sürecine katılım temelleri üzerine kurulmuştur. Yöntemleri oyun oynamayı, görüşleri ifade etmeyi, demokratik katılımı, paylaşımı, öğrencilerin hepsine eşit derecede katılma fırsatı sağlanmasını ve çatışma çözülmesini içermektedir.
