Jeli, Kelantan'dan oluşan 10 idari ilden biridir. Jeli'nin belli başlı alanlarından bazıları Horizontal Rocks, Lanas Water ve Kuala Balah'dır. Jeli Jeli'nin idareleri 1'de başladı. Temmuz 1982'de, buradan hemen Gerik'e giden karayolunun batısında olan Tanah Merah ve Kuala Krai Kolonilerinin dağılmasından kaynaklanan küçük bir koloni olarak Perak o zaman açıldı. 1 Ocak 1986'da Jeli Küçük Kolonisi Tam Koloni olarak yükseldi. Bugüne kadar Jeli Jeli, Kelantan Eyaletinde yeni bir koloni.
