Gaco Rom kültür dairesinin disindaki sahislara, bizzat kendileri tarafindan yapilan nitelemedir. Bu niteleme Rom olmamaya denk düsmekte ise de Rom kültürünü kaybetmis sahislar için de kullanilir. Avrupa ve Amerika'daki Romlar sadece Rom kültürünü sürdürenleri "Saf" yerine koyduklarindan dolayi, kültürü sürdürmeyenlere "Saf olmayan" "Yabanci" mânasinda Gaco nitelemesinde bulunurlar.
