Нарахування
Нарахування щось полягає у фінансуванні, додавання інтересів або різних інвестицій протягом певного періоду часу. Він має певні значення у бухгалтерському обліку, де він може відноситися до рахунків на балансі, що являють собою зобов'язання та негрошові активи, що використовуються в бухгалтерському обліку за принципом нарахування. Ці типи рахунків включають, серед іншого, кредиторську заборгованість, дебіторську заборгованість, гудвіл, відстрочене податкове зобов'язання та майбутні витрати на відсотки. Наприклад, компанія поставляє товар клієнту, який за це сплачує через 30 днів у наступному фінансовому році, який починається через тиждень після доставки. Компанія визнає доходи як дохід у своєму поточному звіті про прибутки та збитки ще протягом фінансового року поставки, навіть якщо вона буде виплачена готівкою протягом наступного звітного періоду.
