Алеутські острова (/ əl (j) uːʃən /, можливо з чукчі алят, "острів") являють собою ланцюжок з 14 великих вулканічних островів та 57 дрібних, що входять до складу Алеутської дуги в Північному Тихому океані, що займає площу 6 921 км ² (17 666 км ²) і простягається близько 1200 миль (1900 км) на захід від півострова Аляска до півострова Камчатка, що позначає лінію між Беринговим морем і Тихим океаном. Перетинаючи довготу 180 °, вони є найзахіднішою частиною Сполучених Штатів (і за одним визначенням - східним; див. Крайні точки Сполучених Штатів).
