Конкурентне право - це закон, який заохочує або прагне підтримувати ринкову конкуренцію шляхом регулювання антиконкурентної поведінки компаній. Конкурентне право здійснюється через публічне та приватне правозастосовне право конкуренції, яке називається антимонопольного законодавства США та антимонопольного права в Китаї та Росії.
