Автономізм або автономізм марксизм - це сукупність антиавторитарних лівих політичних і соціальних рухів та теорій. Як теоретична система вона вперше виникла в Італії в 1960-х роках від робітничого комунізму. Пізніше постмарксистські та анархічні тенденції стали значущими після впливу ситуаціоністів, невдачі італійських лівих рухів у 1970-х роках та поява ряду важливих теоретиків, включаючи Антоніо Негрі, який зробив внесок у створення 1969 року Потре Орайо, а також Маріо Тронті, Паоло Вірно, Франко Берарді "Біфо" та ін.
